Problem Recording with V3.0

I have hit a problem with DVBViewer V3.0 which I installed today 21st March, in place of V2.2 RC1.

= Very nice new release.=

I was really pleased to see that recording of streams to *.ts files is now possible. BUT - when I try to record to hard-disk in any format the picture freezes/sound stops and no data is copied to hard disk. Looking at the Recorder Control Window, bit/rate graph drops to zero also. Looks like a lock-up.

Stopping recording does NOT re-start the video rendering, neither does "Rebuild Graph". Only changing to a new channel gets everything working again. I tried random changes of everything in the Recorder Options dialog but no luck.

My system is Windows XP Home, with Pentium 4 running at 2GHz. 250 MBits RAM. I use a Skystar 2 DVB card and Radeon 7000 series graphics card. With this configuration, recording is fine after removing V3.0 and reinstalling version V2.2.

Apart from this problem everything works exactly as expected with my installation of V3.0. Any ideas about what else I need to do to get recording working on V3.0 please?

Have you installed the 3.0 in the folder of the 2.2?

Try another folder, there is no problem with two installations of the DVBViewer side by side, just remember to execute the regfilter.exe in the 3.0 folder in case you used the 2.2.
