Member area access

Hello,

I tried reaching out a couple of times to :    support@DVBViewer.com with no response.

I purchased DVBViewer on May 13th and have not yet received a license code/ member area access.

My paypal receipt was included in the mail to support.

Can someone help me to get this fixed.

Did you check if it has been moved to a spam folder?

In cases like this, preferably  write to the mail address that is given under the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the forum.

I did indeed check the spam folder and there was no message.

Apologies I mailed the incorrect mail address - I was following the instructions from https://www.DVBViewer.com/en/index.php?page=faq
