pva smaller than t2s files

If i convert a t2s-fil in a pva-file the new file is nearly 5% smaller than before. Whitch part of datas are there lost? In my opinion both files must have the same extent.

The t2s file contains more pid streams than the pva file, at least pid 0 and often the ecm pid and pmt pid streams are part of the ts2 file.
