Cannot find audio decoder

I have changeg to full DVBV version 3.1 and audio recorder version 2.9. When I start any recording, including WAV, the message 'Cannot find audio decoder' is displayed. The following files are installed in the DVBV, plugins section:

 

AudioRec.dll

ogg.dll

vobis.dll

vobisenc.dll

vobisfile.dll

AudioRecorder.ini

 

The operationg system is Win2K, SP4. It used to work well with previous releases of DVBV. Any suggestions?
