Trouble recognizing my Hauppauge dual tuner stick

Any DVBViewer Pro version above v7.1.0.0 will not recognize my Hauppauge stick. Versions v7.1.0.0 and earlier recognize my dual tuners just fine and work completely. What would cause later versions to not recognize my Hauppauge device? Thank you.

 

UPDATE: it seems that the trouble lies in the "Tuner Type" dropdown, which shows "Cable" only, yet the dropdown is gray, meaning it is disabled - no other choices are listed. How do I get the "Tuner Type" dropdown to show the various other settings available, like "ATSC"?

Please attach the file hardware.xml from your configuration folder (see DVBViewer Help menu), so I can check what can be done about it.
