kavics Posted May 26, 2005 Posted May 26, 2005 Hi, I just bought a Sky Star 2 DVB-S card and sadly noticed that I cannot use it at the same time with the Air Star 2 which I had already installed. I was actually planning to install another DVB-T card, because I assumed that then DVBViewer will be able to use one for recording while I am watching a program from the other. Actually I do not understand where lies the problem. Does the Technisat card prevent the use of more than one card in the PC or is it the B2C2 driver or the DVBViewer application? Are you planning to add support for multiple cards? Regards, Kavics Quote
admi-ral Posted May 26, 2005 Posted May 26, 2005 it is the driver. ATM only one installed flexcord-chipset-driver is possible. In future bda-drivers will be supported, which make more than one ss2/as/cs possible. Now, you can use a twinhan (ss1ci) together with your airstar, but only with two instances of the DVBViewer. dual-card-support in the main-application may take a while to include Quote
kavics Posted May 26, 2005 Author Posted May 26, 2005 Thanks for the quick response. I will try to find a TwinHan card then. Quote
