You need to set the transparency of the recording icon for DVBViewer taskbar icon it looks like attached image

Windows version? Here (under Windows 10) the badge is apparently transparent:

This might be a DVBViewer version 7.3.1.0 issue

It's working perfectly under Windows 10.
