Looks like something went wrong when these database entries were created. The files with Detail_ID = -1 have been recorded / converted to MP4 yesterday, right? Unfortunately the svcdebug.log in your support.zip begins with today, 10:00, so it doesn't reveal what happened yesterday.

Up to now I have no idea how this can happen, but most likely it can be fixed in the following way:

  • stop the Media Server.
  • move the file svcmediaVideo.db3 from the Database sub-directory of the DVBViewer configuration folder (see DVBViewer -> Help menu) to some other location (don't delete it for now!).
  • restart the Media Server (creates an empty video database).
  • Rebuild the database content by performing "Update Video Database" on the Tasks page of the Web Interface.

Please try...  and report if this fixes the issue.
