playing a recorded file

hello,

 

i usually use manual record for my recordings, and i would like to fast-forward/rewind the channel while i am recording. is there any way to do this without having timeshift enabled? i don't want to take up twice the hard drive space.

 

i already know of the 'keep timeshift file' option, but i dont particularly like it

Just open the file being recorded.
