DiSEqC 1/10 Switch support

I know the topic of DiSEqC 1.1 has been up before but anyway since I've just bought a DiSEqC 1/10 Switch as talked about here: http://www.satellite-heaven.de/index.htm?j...orts/sw101d.htm I thought I would enquire if there's any hope perhaps of custom DVBViewer GE version that could handle 10 LNB's. I know this is impossible with the standard driver but I'm using a patched version of Skynet.sys for over a year now and have had no problems with my Skystar 2 because of it. I can control the 10 LNB's on this switch with Altdvb and Mytheatre but as we all know DVBViewer is the best :bounce:

I know you have concerns about this patched driver but I would of course not hold you responsible for any mishaps with my skystar 2.

Anyway probably not so many has the need for this so I understand perfectly if not. Keep up the good work, especially like the development of DVBViewer GE.

There's no need to use patched drivers. As far as i found out, skynet.sys is limited to 4-byte DiseqC sequences, which work well for DiseqC 1.1.

I'm using a T90 with 5 LNBs, 8x1 DiseqC Switch, Skystar2 with out of the box drivers. AltDVB is able to use all 5 LNBs, DVBViewer only the first 4.

Maybe more requests could help to implement enhanced diseqc features. Users with more than 4 positions or with movable dishes fall outside the "normal" usage profile :)

@Derrick: Feel free to present a logical and simple for noobs solution which solves those DiSEqC 1.1 and 1.2 wishes. I honestly still think about it - because i dislike those overcomplicated solutions provided by other apps.
