DMS server slow connection with two or more clients

Am seeking assistance with improving server tunning if possible to reduce buffing and increase channel where more than one clients is connected to the server

• Clients Libreelec Kodi>DVBViewer addon, on windows 11 nuc, 
• Server DMS is on Dell Windows 10 2 Xeon processors, Ram 36gb, SSD 1TB on LAN connected through Cat6 

IPTV M3u list channel URL list works fine when tested with vcl player 

Everything works fine, except when two to three clients are connected to the server I experience hiccup, channel switch is slow or time delay before the server pass the stream to the client. I don't have any log to prove this behaviors is based on my visual observation.

 

Anything setting that I tinkering on the server to improve this issue

Please create a support.zip on the server PC after reproducing the issue and attach it here.

The support.zip should contain a svcdebug.log, provided you didn't switch "Write debug log" off in the Media Server Options (svcoptions.exe) -> General.
