Problem with DVB viewer

I bought yesterday technisat skystar 2 and it had inside DVBViewer.

 

when i enter the program i get the following error :

i have installed from technisat's site version 4.3.0 & also installed ElecardDVDPlayer_1_0 for the codecs.

 

What am i doing wrong?

 

technisat's Setup4PC shows me that the card is connected to the satellite.

 

my pc is :

 

MOTHERBOARD : ECS ELITEGROUP K7S6A

CPU: AMD ATHLON 2000+

GRAPHICS CARD : NVIDIA FX 5200

RAM : 512 DDR @ 400 MHZ

WINDOWS XP PROFESSIONAL SERVICE PACK 2
