Channel Scan and Satco DX import

Dear all,

 

I loved the program and purchased it but I have some problems. When I scan the channels with *.ini files it can not find all the channels that other viewers can find. For example:

 

Türksat 2A 42'

Freq: 11.760 MHz

Polarizasyon: Horizontal (Yatay) Symbol rate: 5.925 Ksym/s

FEC rate: 3/4

 

 

So I try the satco dx import plugin but the view is in the attached file. Only few channels are imported although the list seems to be ok.

 

Can you please help why I can not (or DVBViewer) cant find all the channels? I think I make a mistake since freeware programs can do it and DVBViewer cant? This is not possible...

The channel in question is transmitted via the east beam. You didn't mention your location but if it's in western europe you'll need a huge dish

please help me:

 

i added a new turksat channel ini file but i couldnt setup diseq settings so i cant watch any channel. all channels are ready but anyone doesnt open.

 

 

i have a diseq 4 port

hotbird is first

turksat is 2 port

 

how can i do to set diseq. please say me what is problem..
