Open File / Playlist - "show Subs"

Hi,

A very small request:

If I open a media file, or use the playlist to view a sequence of splitted files, the "show subs" flag is always deactivated when a new file loads. Would it be possible to keep the selection active to ensure a smooth playback of splitted recordings?
