Problem to scan the channels

Hello,

I hope someone can help me. After having installed the latest DVBViewer software

I have problems to do an automatic channel scan. Astra 1E, D etc. When the automatic scan is nearly finished (about 500 channels), the scanning stops,

and everything is blocked. The only thing you can do, is to shut down the computer

by the mainswitch. I tried it several times. All the time the same.
