Chanding the order of the Channellist or EPG

I've done a search on these boards and can't find a discription on how to change the order of the channels on the Channellist, EPG, or order that they are displayed in, other than exporting and manually editing the .ini file.

 

Can anyone tell me how to do this, or point me to the correct resource?
