How do I get my world pci dvbt card recognised

Hello,

I've just installed DVBViewer 3.2.80. I'm based in England, and transedit finds all the freeview channels on my kworld pci dvbt card, and plays them in preview mode.

However, DVBViewer cannot find the channels, and even when I import the channel list from transedit, when I switch to any of the channels I've imported, I just get a black screen and no sound. My signal level is reported as zero percent, and I've deduced that this must be because it isn't accessing the hardware - I can still fire up any of my other software and get a TV picture. Normally if one app has control of the hardware, the next complains that it can't open the Mpeg stream.

There don't seem to be any menu options to either view what hardware DVBViewer thinks is the TV receiver. Can anyone help me with this?

have you choosen your card in options -> directX ?

Thanks, I don't know how I missed that!

I don't know why the card comes up as a "DigiGo DVBT tuner/demod", but it has now worked (it has since crashed, and won't restart. I assume a reboot will cure it - if not I'll post again)
