Picture viewer ignores image aspect ratio

The current version 3.2.6 ignores the aspect ratio of images when viewing pictures.

This can be reproduced easily by loading the attached JPEG file (showing a circle) and viewing it in DVBV. The circle appears as an eclipse depending on the window aspect ratio of DVBV.
