I know that there are some cards circulating among developers already. Did anybody test it with DVBViewer? According to KNC1's information you need a dual core 3.2 GHz processor in order to watch HDTV - I guess this is because of the H264 decoding - however, if I understand it correctly, the then software code has to be multithreaded otherwise the dual core processor won't be utilized fully. I assume that DVBViewer is not multithreaded and potentionally even a dual core processor wont be able to make HDTV run on DVBViewer. Is my understanding of the problem correct or am I missing something? Quote Link to comment
