Freya
Good afternoon (or morning, or evening or night ) I'm a newbie here (as is probably quite obvious) and I was wondering if anyone can help me. I am trying to tune DVBViewer to the Optus C1 satellite, and I have no idea how to do this properly. It isn't on the list of satellites, so I guess I'll have to put in the settings myself, but I'm not sure what to put in. Are there any other Aussies here who have done this and might be able to give a hint? Naturally, non Aussies who know the answer are just as welcome! Guest Lars_MQ
Here in germany it's good morning I found this page Transponderlists have a look at list 1560.ini. Download it and save it into the DVBViewer\transponders folder. Then you should be able to select it in the Channelscan page of the channellist and to perform a channelscan. Quote Link to comment
Freya
Thanks! I can now do a channel scan, just like you said. The trouble is that the end result doesn't seem to get me any further forward. I know somewhere I should put in 10700... something to do with the LNB I think. I've tried a number of combinations, but the end result is always the same. During the scan the 'frequency' box is green and the 'PAT' box is yellow. 'Found' stays at 0, no matter what. I don't suppose I could impose a little more? I'm probably making a silly mistake somewhere... Edited January 30, 2006 by Freya Quote Link to comment
