I login as normal but it then asks to add card information where I have input my normal Visa card details. These details were checked and the response was these details are from a card already registered. How can I use this card? Where am I going wrong cos this is annoying! Quote Link to comment

If you can't use the card with this account it's because you already used the card with another account. I had such a problem and was going in circles. The ONLY solution for me to be able to use the card again was to delete the account it was associated with. Quote Link to comment
