how can i convert mpg to wmv? anybody can help me ? :)

Have a look at the webpages of Microsoft, there you'll find some guides. Alternatively there are some information in the "conversion & encoding" part of the forum.

Microsoft has something called MediaEncoder.

This tool was made for streaming, but is really good for conversion things either.

If you do not whant wmv, the VideoLanClient (www.videolan.org) is also very suitable for conversion in lots of other formats... (but I don´t know wether it´s got wmv, so have a look at the homepage).
