Possible problem with the payment.

I hope this is the right forum for my problem.

 

I bought the pro version of the DVBViewer through the www.DVBViewer.com website using the PayPal option. I was under the impresison that I would get the download link after the payment. But after the PayPal process, no such link was given.

 

I then found this forum and was informed that the download link is given via e-mail. But at which point should I have or could of enter my e-mail address. Is it given via PayPal?

 

I made the payment 5.5.2006. Should I be worried?

it's no automatic, that is made by hand.

no, but the problem is that your e-mail is not correctly transferred.

 

You can have a look at this site lost & found, can you find your name on the site, please send a e-mail , witch they are prove that you the correct person.
