low signal, no video, only some audio

Hello,

i have a serious problem, i have a centralized satellite antenna on Hotbird,

I also have a skystar2 USB DVB on XP and progdvb (last driver and last version)

 

When i serach channels it find something like 300 channels,

 

the signal for the great part of those channel is 29% but on some i get 50/60%.

 

I don't see ANY channel, on some i can hear voice but no video, someone has told me that on the LNB setting i have to uncheck power beacause of centralized antenna, but nothing happen, i have also buyed a signal amplifier for satellite, but does not change anything.

 

The cable is unique, no other DVB or anything attached on the line.

 

the cable has a collector in 2 part (from the entrance i have 3 patch to reach the wall).

 

There is something to set if i have a centralized antenna more than "power" check?

 

may be the problem the mpeg codec?

 

it's possible even if more than half channels does not get neither the sound?
