Error message

Hello,

I bought a PCI-DVB Technisat Skystar 2.6 in June, 2005. It was OK, I coud receive satellite programs. I tried last month to install a different software, which didn't work, so I uninstalled it (Happauge TV Nexus). Then I tried to use only the Technisat original software for satellite reception (v.4.3.0). It was impossible: every time I open the program, I receive the message "The CinePlayer decoders cannot find a valid license. Please re-install the product."

I reinstalled the product several times, but I got the same message and only a blank screen in DVBViewer.

I hope I shouldn't format the hard disk and reinstall all programs in order to make the Technisat to work.

Who could tell me what I should do ? :arrow:
