Does technotrend support transpondedores low?

i would like to know if the technotrend 3200 supports symbol rate low as (like) 5632, 6101,4444,3500 or not .

And if I equip myself are OK for the hd (mpg4).

-conroe 6400

-ddr2 667

-nvidia 7600 gt
