If I change the channel in the preview mode, the sound comes on for a second, but then disappears again. How can I fix this? In the mosaic preview the sound works fine. I'm using TwinhanDTV USB. And yes, I've done searching this forum. I have read the English FAQ and help. Unfortunately the forum messages or FAQs in German aren't helping me. What is this Preview Plugin I keep hearing about (in the help file, for example). Where can I download it? It cannot be found in Customer Area downloads.
