Trifon
BDA driver is recommanded when using the Twinhan 1030a. It's what I have understood from the forum. I have installed the BDA driver 1.2.3.8 Then installed MCECI so that it is launched together with Windows. My CAM Aston 1.05 is detected At that step, everything works fine excepted I have to open MCECI after each scrambled chanel change. I understand nothing is recorded under Windows XP family. Is that right? Is there some Plugin avalailable to make it automatic? Thanks for the help. Quote Link to comment
Engelbert
What is MCECI? One needs Windows 2000 (SP4) or WinXP (SP2) for the TwinHan 1030a next to the BDA drivers (WDM should go also). And the DVBViewer PRO/GE! Quote Link to comment

And the DVBViewer PRO/GE! MCECIConsole.exe is needed to be launched along with Windows to watch scambled chanels. It is included in yhe 1030a BDA driver. Windows MCE allows to record scrambled chanels infos, XP not. BDA driver won't support any common interface. Regards Quote Link to comment

Engelbert
Your TwinHan SAT CI (1030a) works with (WDM and) BDA drivers and DVBViewer PRO under Windows2000 and Windows XP, with and without MCE, if your CAM works with the TH-SW. The TH-SW isn't necessary for this. Quote Link to comment
