How do I remove VideoWindow with OSD Skin Editor?

I like the XBoxHD skin, but I'd like to remove the little VideoWindow, which appears in the upper left corner of myTimer, myRecordings and myTvGuide pages.

 

However, even if I delete the VideoWindow object, it's still there when I start DVBViewer. I can resize or move it, but haven't figured out how to completely get rid of it.

 

I want to get rid of the VideoWindow because it seems to max out the CPU usage % every time I open timer, recordings or timeline.
