Lebeck
Installed beta 3.5.24 ... resulted in "black screen" for ALL channels... actually this was also the case with beta 3.5.22. Sometimes when I start DVBViewer it works for the first channel but when I change channels = black screen Just tried scanning for channels again ... found 0 channels???? Anyone else has this problem...? I have revertet to 3.5.0 which still has the "No TV3 problem" :-( which should be solved in this new beta release. Hardware: Pentium 2,8 GHz 1024 MB RAM 500 GB HDD XFX GeForece 7300LE (Nvidia) FireDTV-C tuner (Firmware 1.2.2) Viaccess 4.84 CAM TDC KabelTV smartcard Software: Very clean installation of Windows XP = no other software that DVBViewer, MediaPortal and MyTheatre installed. Mediaportal and MyTheatre has no problems showing all channels - but DVBViewer delivers the best picture quality and has a nice and fast interface - so I'm very anxious to get DVBViewer working. Guest Lars_MQ
Please try toggeling stop stream on tuning in the hardware options. We didn't even touch the code for the firedtv. And please also run the DVBViewer with the -debug commandline and attach the generated debug.log (zipped) here. Quote Link to comment

Guest Lars_MQ
User Boborg was faster. Indeed did his debug.log help me locate the problem and fix it. Anyway thank you for posting the debug.log. (If I remember correctly: Mange tak ) Quote Link to comment
Lebeck
I'm hoping this is the solution to our problems... but I'm a bit puzzled because I also experienced the "No channels available" with beta 3.5.22 and possibly earier version (Have not tried beta versions before 3.5.22). Looking forward to the new beta relase... And "Selv tak" for excellent and fast support. Quote Link to comment
Lebeck
Just installed beta 3.5.41 hoping this version would solve the "black screen" problem I experience. I simply cannot receive any channels when installing version after 3.5.0. See the attached debug.log and support.zip for further details. One difference though.. I can now see EPG info when chaning channels... but NO picture Still reverting back to 3.5.0 and the missing TV3 problem. debug.log support.zip Quote Link to comment
