hackbart Posted November 17, 2006 Share Posted November 17, 2006 well epg and unicast differs a bit - according to physical problems i'm unable to dump the eit on nilesat. If you have the pro version i would be pleased if you could dump some segments of the eit pid with the transedit tool and hey maybe with your help (i unluckily do not know anyone which is able to read arabic content) we might be able to solve this problem.. Well, you'll find attached a RAR archive including the EIT PID capture, the XML report and a JPEG capture showing you if I've done correctly what you asked me to do ! This transponder is 10872 V 27500 on Nilesat. Many channels are giving EPG in arabic format as you can see also in this capture : And you can see in this screenshot my browser viewing the correct content in Arabic after choosing the ASMO 708 characters code. This HTML page is issued from DVBViewer EPG without any change ! So I think it could be more easy to fix this bug now ! Thanks anyway !
