Spelling Error: Subtitel should be subtitle

As the topic title says. When open the Settings menu or right clicking in the picture, there is a menu-item Subtitel where you optionally select Subtitles. It should be spelled as Subtitle instead of Subtitel.

Fixed it. Some german sneaked into the english.lng.

You can use the language editor to change the language also.

Well in fact you can use every text editor to change it. The language editor is more for translations and a little overkill for 2 search and replace actions.
