HTTPServer VideoLAN integration

Ive been using DVBViewer HTTPServer and its pretty impressive.

I eventually got the streaming to work (see my other post).

 

I have also been using it in conjunction with VLC.

This currently provides more transcoding choices than HTTPServer.

I enable unicast streaming with the netstreaming plugin and run a VLC to transcode using h264.

I have a cmd file to launch VLC with a lengthy command line to perform the transcoding.

I use VLC on another client to view the transcoded stream.

 

A really useful feature for HTTPServer would be some way to make it interract directly with VLC.
