Problem: kann DVBViewer nur als administrator korrekt starten.

als normaler user (Windows XP konto) kommen die fehlermeldungen:

error registering filter: dump.ac und dumper.ax.

es bleibt auch der Button zum starten einer programmaufzeichnung deaktiviert.

alle betreffenden ordner und dateien habe ich schon für alle user freigegeben, was am problem aber nichts änderte.
