Username and password check error

Hi,

 

I have a problem at DVBViewer start: the program does not accept my username and password. The same ones I use for logging in the members area and in the installation phase.

So when DVBViewer start the username and password form appears. Clicking one of the two button causes the program to quit, indistinctly. The problem is present also with the 3.5 version.

I have not tested version 3.5.120 because I have replaced it with the 3.6 version.

The codecs work right: I can see the first program of my list (DSF) flawlessy.

I use also AltDVB 2 and DVBDream 1.3 who are working great.

 

After installation I have copied in "C:\Documents & Settings\All Users\Appliation Data\CMUV" my channels.dat and favourite.xml files (the problem appears even not doing so).

 

DVBViewer is installed in "C:\Program Files\DVB\DVBViewer" but the problem appears also in others directories.

 

My DVB card is a TechnoTrend DVB-S2 S3200

 

My current system is:

 

Athlon 64 3500+, 1GB, Geforce 6800GT, audigy, motherboard with nForce3-250, HD: 120 + 80 GB with Windows XP SP2 fully updated.

 

My old rig, where all DVBViewer versions (3.5, 3.5.120, 3.6) worked right, was:

 

Athlon XP 1800+, 512 MB, ATI 9000pro, audigy, motherboard K7S5A, HD 80 GB, Windows XP SP2 fully updated.

 

Note: lately I repaired my windows XP installation: the "All Users" folder has been replaced with "All Users.Windows". The problem however appeared before this operation.

after five days and about 20 installation, I find the solution!

 

I used a bad username: my second email address not the one I suppied when I bought DVBViewer.
