devin
Hi all. I have a SS1 that works fine with Progdvb or other and I use a s2-3200 with DVBViewer. After a boot: If I use my SS1 with Progdvb or other It'is ok. If I use DVBViewer with the S2-3200 It's ok. After using DVBV I try one more time tu use my SS1 and it's not ok ( no signal or perturbated signal). It's like DVBV don't "Disable LNB on completion" ( I have activate this option in DVBV...) If I remove the connexion between my S2-3200 and my Splitter, all become OK .... For information: before using the S2-3200 I used a SS2 and all works Fine Bye Quote Link to comment
Griga
Most likely the S2-3200 doesn't support switching LNB power off. The BDA driver interface doesn't support it in general. There are only two known cards that allow switching LNB power off by software in a vendor-specific way: SkyStar2 and FireDTV. AFAIK the Hauppauge Nova S-Plus does it automatically when it is no more used. Try to tune a channel with vertical polarisation below 11700 MHz (= low band), before you close DVBViewer. That will probably let the SS1 work. Quote Link to comment
devin
I try it with TVBIZNESS on Hotbird and that don't works. When you change of polarity on the SS1 it's finish... Is there no-BDA driver for the S2-3200 ? Quote Link to comment
