Can't get channels when scanning on HotBird

Hello all,

I've just bought my new Technisat SkyStar2, it comes with DVBViewer on its CD, i've got the good HotBird sat. signal using my home receiver and then switched the dish cable to my PCI Card.

I've read the manuals, Setup4PC is telling me that there's good signal, but channel scanning will not get me any chan :bye: .

i've attached a screenshot with this post hoping that an image would help.
