hi all

i hvae 2 questions which i cant figure out

 

1 how do i control my satellite dish from east to west i have an h to h motor and need to go from say astra 19.2 to hotbird 13.0

 

2 i have a twinhan ci 1034 sat dvb card (the one with the cam slot) i cant pick up high def channels except bbchd which i get no picture on ,is this card capable of receiving hd
