Gae41
I seem to have lost the tunings to some channels such as Movies4Men, Zone Horror, ClassicFM TV etc. When I do a new scan for FREE channels they're either not there or there, but not working. Has anyone got the latest Astra 28 channellist ini file for me to import? Many thanks Gae P.S. Why do I get no audio for some stations like Classic FM? Quote Link to comment

nigelbb
The transponder ini file for 28.2E that ships with even the very latest version of DVBViewer is months out of date. Perhaps the developers could update it at some time? I know that it's always changing but perhaps a suggestion could be made during the installation that the user download the latest transponder ini files from http://joshyfun.peque.org/transponders/index.html? Griga
I'd recommend to use TransEdit for scanning (and sending the results to the DVBViewer channellist). It is available in the members area and provides additional scanning facilities. Usually the ZIP contains an up-to-date transponder list for Astra 28° East. TransEdit allows to edit the transponder list and to update it by performing a NIT (Network Information Table) scan. The joshyfun transponder lists do not contain the DVBViewer specific extensions for DVB-S2. Quote Link to comment
