CiNcH Posted April 23, 2007 Share Posted April 23, 2007 (edited) If you are playing AAC from file, which container is it in? MP4? Do you have a splitter for that container installed? Haali Media Splitter should be a good choice for Matroska (mkv, mka) and MP4 (mp4, m4a) containers. Hope, the codecs you have installed are DirectShow components. ffdshow should play all AAC profiles (LC, HE, HE+PS). WinAmp for example works differently, it plays AAC even with no DirectShow decoder installed, as the decoder is part of the player. Edited April 23, 2007 by CiNcH Quote Link to comment
