Hard Drive Full Of Redudent *.ts Files

My DVBViewer system has been up and running constantly for about he last 4 weeks. Today however recordings failed as the hard drive was full. On investigation my Live Tv Buffer folder had 66mg of redundant *.ts files in it. Is there anyway to stop this happening/delete them.
