popup EPG doesn't work in subfolders

The popup EPG info that is shown when the mouse stay over a channel in the channel menu does not work in sub-folders.

 

In the attached file notice the popup info for the channel 'BBC news 24'. It fails for the channel 'UKTV history' inside of the subfolder 'otros'.

 

I am using v3.6.3.0 but I have noticed this problem since v3.6.1.20
