DVBViewer Works for a second then stop

Good Day friends

 

I'm facing a problem , that i had installed DVBViewer and it works for a second then stop and when i try to move to other channel the prog says that no hardware found . i'm using twinhan starbox II usb can anybody tell me what is the problem.

 

my os is windows xp pro

 

my card works with other prog properly

 

i'm using vga card nvidia gefoce fx 5200 128 mb

msi mother board 865
