Try to scan 12574 MHz on Astra 19° East - you'll find there some Dutch TV channels broadcasting on the clear, which are usually encrypted. All of them are displayed as "noname SID=XXXX".

 

But they will return to encrypted broadcasting soon, I suppose.

 

Canal Canarias newly can be found on 10979 V and Spanish Eurosport News on 11597 V - both free to air.
