os1
Hi I have dish with 4 lnbs and a diseqc switch that is working perfect on my regular satellite receiver. I receive 1 deg. W, 13 deg. E, 19 deg. E and 28.2 deg. E. But on my HTPC I can only get DVBViewer to work with one lnb without the diseqc switch. ? I've tried to use all the diseqc settings. opt A/A for 1 deg. W opt B/A for 13 deg E etc. When it's scanning for channels there is no signal. I'm using Technotrend S2-3200 card. Does anyone know what the problem could be? I'd appreciate any suggestoins Quote Link to comment
os1
I figured it out I think. The driver I was using for Technotrend s2-3200 card was the beta version. When I switched to the original driver (4.4.10.18) I got it to work with 4lnbs 1W 13E 19E and 28.2E Quote Link to comment
sunzi
Hi OS1, I very much have the same problem like you had. 3 LNB's (LNB1 for Astra 19.2, LNB2 for Hotbird 13.0 and LNB3 for Astra2D/Eurobird on 28.2) are feeding a multiswitch. REception via Topfield receive works fine. However, I don't get my TT connect S2-3600 to work (USB card) Could you elaborate a bit what fixed your problem. Sunzi Quote Link to comment

My setup is similar to yours (diseqc switch 4/1 with 4 LNBs on multifeed @ 13,19.2,23.5,28E) on XPSP2. No problems at all: works flawlessly both locally and over network via DVBServer. Another point: I'm setting up 3 LNBs (Hotbird 13.0, Astra 19.2, Astra2D/Eurobird 28.2) on a 4x multiswitch. Does it make any difference which LNB goes in which socket of the multiswitch ?
