Volkan Kaya
Hi; I wonder if that is possible to reduce network bandwidth to use encoder like DIVX with unicast or multicast network device. with this I think it will be possible to stream a TV channel using ADSL connection. In my case; I have 1,1 megabit upstream. I tried radio, it is working perfectly but tv is not working over internet. if it would be encoded by DIVX before streaming, and of course it has to be decoded after after it is received by client, it will work for most channels for most ADSL users. There should be also possibility to set in dvbserver to send not hole transporter data but only a channel data. Is it a good idea? Does technical specification of DIVX support this? Is there any possibility DVBViewer to have this functionality in the future? Regards Quote Link to comment
Moses
Have a look at the webserver control and it's streaming plugin. Quote Link to comment
