Activy 370: Keine Geräte trotz BDA-Treibern

Hallo,

Hi all,

I'd like to report that the Fujitsu-Siemens Activy DVB-S Budget Rev AL card is working with DVBViewer Pro 4.9.6.20.

It has:

-Philips SAA7146.

-ALPS BSRU6 tuner with stv0299 and tsa5059.

The PCI ID is:

PCI\VEN_1131&DEV_7146&SUBSYS_4F601131&REV_01\4&19ABE7DE&0&08F0

Se following pictures:

The BDA driver has to be extracted from a working Activy Media Center 370 or 570 as described in the following forum:

Erledigt: WinXP (Win7 32Bit) FSC DVB Treiber

DVBViewer detects the card as "Philips BDA/DVB-S Tuner (BSRU6_S)".

Although DVBViewer identify it as "bvUnknown" (see above debug.log), DiseqC is working! Now this is a very nice surprise! This is something nice for a 10 years old hardware and a 8 years old BDA driver.

CI not tested (I don't have).

There is an API dll on the media box (PTuneDVB.dll), but I don't know its purpose, certainly not used by DVBViewer because I have not copied it to the system with DVBViewer.

Why I am reporting this, because I want that "bvUnknown" to be changed to known, but this is only a cosmetic change.

There is a similar card from Siemens, which could work the same way (not tested by me), with Grundig tuner:

Fujitsu-Siemens Activy DVB-S Budget PCI rev GR
