Timers.xml being deleted

The file "timers.xml" is being deleted, and therefore timer events are lost, when using the recording service and DVBVWeb service. It is repeatable, when doing the following actions.

 

1. Create a timer event, either in DVBViewer, or in the browser using the service.

2. Close DVBViewer, if open.

3. In the browser, view the "Timer" page, to cause the service to access the file. No need to edit it.

4. Open DVBViewer. The timer event still exists.

5. Close DVBViewer. Within a second or two, the file is gone.

 

App versions: DVBViewer 3.8.0.0, DVBVservice 1.3.2 (beta)

OS: Windows XP pro (SP2)

Computer: AMD Athlon XP 3200, 1.5GB RAM, PCChips M848A
