work around for PVAView-crash during cutting

Sometimes if you want to cut a PVA file , PVAView crash if you want to slide the video.

1.

You add all without only 1 frame and save this to disk. This stream you can now open without problems.

or

2.

you disable in PVACut the option "fast PVA Scan" For me this help allways. The scan of teh file needs a little bit more time but for me now it works without problems.
