TNT+encrypted channels hang

And i'm obliged to ctrl+alt+supp. (France whrere encrypted is mpeg4, i think)

May-be it would be nice to test the channel before it is (not) displayed, then if no awailable codec, to how an"encrypted" alarm ?

Don't put encrypted channels in your favorites, you will says ?

We have channels ecrypted/clear depending hours.

if a channel is encryptet and can't be decryptet by your hardware there are different possible things that can happen:

1. options->hardware "has ci" is not enabled -> DVBViewer will say "No dvbdevice available" and won't tune that channel.

2. if "has ci" is enabled, but your smartcard or CAM has problems (or none is present) DVBViewer will display the message from your CAM and will show a black image

 

DVBViewer won't hang if a channel is encrypted and can't be decryptet. If you have such problems, try to rename the plugin directory to be sure that no "bad plugins" cause trouble here.
